How can I change the option to not dimmable "un-check checkbox" in Device Properties? The box appears greyed out and in Advanced Tab, it shows "TRUE".

Multisensor 6 issue
Anyone else having an issue with the aeotec multisensor 6? I'm on the most current nonbeta release but there is a solid 2-3 minute delay between motion and the lights being turned on. Everything else seems as quick as expected.
I have two of these sensors and both behave exactly the same.
The sensors are usb powered so I would expect them to work better than being on batteries but no go.
Any ideas?

Occupancy and specific house greeting
I'm trying to get personalized greetings working based on who is entering the house and having a hard time wrapping my head around it. Basically when someone has returned home I want Homeseer to greet that person.
Currently I am using PHlocation for geofencing and location tracking (but can also do this with Tasker and Blue Iris as well). I have motion sensors and cameras in the driveway as well as the front door, and door sensors on the doors as well. Also am able to use everyone's cell phone presence on my lan.
Really want to pick people's brains. It's easy enough to say "when that person's occupancy status changes to Home then speak". Problem with that is, it takes a while to get in the house. I tried a Wait, the run a separate event that speaks when the door is opened, but obviously the wait time might vary and either miss the window of opportunity or not get it soon enough.
Not sure why this is so difficult for me to wrap my head around and I am beginning to wonder if maybe I shouldn't just use Tasker for the bulk of it since I can use if/else statements.

Plugin doesn't communicate with API
I setup everything according the provided doc.
Got the 3 API's running
Made a user with the client-id and secret key.
I enable all 5 options with the user.
But in the overview screen only calendar and voice show.
When clicking calendar nothing shows (only add new option), with debug option on in the settings. noting appears in the homeseer log.
When clicking on voice and try the option send sms.
I do get a google notification about a login attempt to my account but no sms is received. (im not going to use the option but i tested it), try to send a second sms after approving the login attempt. The second sms also didn't come in.
Homeseer log isnt showing any errors, actually it only showed that the plugin is started and users are loaded:

Evolve Lamp Module Failures?
I have seven Evolve lamp dimming modules that are perhaps five years old. These devices have worked nearly flawlessly for that period on both my HS2 and HS3 systems. Suddenly, within a two week period, 6 of the 7 showed an "unknown" status. Unplugging and re-plugging each of them, followed by a rescan and optimization, brought them back online, though one of them has since reverted to UNKNOWN again. All of them have excellent connections with 30 or more neighbors. Any ideas as to why these would suddenly began behaving strangely?

Element Tracking Across Multiple Clients
I am using HS3Touch to manage some controls and I currently have 3 clients running. Each client is installed on its own computer/laptop/notebook and individually they are all running well.
My problem is that when I initiate an element change in the HS3Touch program it is only reflected on the local machine, and not across the 3 machines I have running. I am assuming that element control is strictly local but I'd like to know if there is a way to command element changes across all of the clients.

Cannot see devices any more
I have just installed the PI, added my 2 phones. All looked good, but then the devices stopped updating, and when I go into the BLLAN tab on manage plugins, I can see there are 2 computers but I cannot edit or do anything with them. I have uninstalled the PI again, then reinstalled and they are still showing up. In the log I can see they are still updating.

Occasionally I have these messages when I go into the devices, could a routine be written to check for this condition and fix the link automatically?

Speaker Issues HS 2 Pro
I've been using HS since the beginning (when X10 modules were $5). When HS2 came out I upgraded to HS2 Pro.
HS is running on a machine in the basement. My office machine runs Speaker. It worked great. Until my machine died. I replaced my office XP machine with a new Win 7 guy. That's when Speaker started responding to EVERY SOUND. Car drives by... "Yes?". Cough... "Yes?". I've posted many queries on this forum. The main response I have had was "Reinstall XP". I put characters in my recognition. I changed microphones (front and back plug). Nothing helped.
Well, it's been about 7 years having Speaker turned off for VR. My machine was upgraded to Win 10. Same issue.
Then that machine burned out. I got a brand new one. Win 10. Exactly the same problem.
I even tried changing my recognition to "Hey computer are you awake?". No difference. Even typing this message got a "Yes?" out of Speaker.
Unfortunately, over the years and the piles of money I've shoveled into the system, I'm now retired and can't afford HS3. I really wish I could get Speaker to work.
I see nobody's been on this forum since 2015 so I have very little hope of resolution but thought it was worth a try.

I am happy to post that Michael Macaluso and myself have entered into an agreement to allow me to maintain and update SceneMaster moving forward.

Trigger only once vs multiple triggering
I could use some guidance here.
I created an event when the water level sensor is activated after 10 seconds. It triggers to "Push" an Alert and Speak thru Sonos.
When the Level Sensor is activated "Wet" and the timer is greater than 10 seconds the event triggers. However unlike several of my other events this one re-triggers multiple times or every second until the sensor state is "DRY" .....
I only need it to trigger once.... What am doing wrong here? I have several other events that only speak one time when the event is "True"

GoControl Garage Door Opener Door Tilt Sensor
Does anyone know if there is a way to get the battery status from the door tilt sensor that is included with the GoControl Garage Door Opener? It is the GD00Z-1. Same as the GD00Z-4.
Otherwise it will not be possible to know when the battery goes dead. I think the tilt sensor transmits at 345MHz.

Z-Wave Multiple Duplicate Children for Devices
I can't seem to understand what is causing my Z-Wave Devices to have multiple duplicate Children for a device.
In this picture below there are duplicates for Luminance and Temperature. This Aeon Labs sensor is USB Powered.
1 What is causing this?
2. Can I simply delete the duplicates on the Device List Screen?

One Z-Wave Device not accessible in scene manager
New to HS3Pro and am having a problem. One of my appliance plugs that has a dimmer is not visible in the scene manager. Below is my setup and the node that isn't visible in scene manager. Thanks for your help.

What am I doing wrong in getting an iFrame to work
After reading the forums I never really saw anyone state THIS is what you do. But I assumed it was as easy as just dumping the entire iframe tag into a text file and then checking IsHTML set to True.
I guess I haven't seen if there are any limitations to this yet.
I've tried the DarkSky widget and I get nothing out of it.

Z-Net no led, Quibino does not work
Trying to get a Quibino 0-10V dimmer to work with brand new Z-Net.
Z-net updated to 1.0.23, Quibino module no clue.
After a first problem with the z-net not including a node has been solved (Z-Net had a different host name as i excepcted and used) now the Quibino module is included and visible. So far so good but no joy.
Unable to control Quibino, Simple does not respond to on/off or dim. I due zee the blue led on the USB stick in the Z-Net doeing something when i give a command.
BTW Z-Net manual mentioning a red blinking/solid led. No led working on my box, is this normal?
Z-net updated to 1.0.23, Quibino module no clue.
After a first problem with the z-net not including a node has been solved (Z-Net had a different host name as i excepcted and used) now the Quibino module is included and visible. So far so good but no joy.
Unable to control Quibino, Simple does not respond to on/off or dim. I due zee the blue led on the USB stick in the Z-Net doeing something when i give a command.
BTW Z-Net manual mentioning a red blinking/solid led. No led working on my box, is this normal?
