mcsXAP HS plugin V3.0.0.11 Trigger problem

Hi having an issue with triggering an event.
I believe it has to do with the Capitalization of State=Off Key if I edit it with FxF message viewer from (State to state=Off) and send it again it works in HS. How can I change the capitalization ?
