OK... been doing some research, and just not sure how to pull this off.
I have an event that i run from a tablet (not a wall switch) that turns on 3 lights in my Movie theater to certain levels to watch a movie.
As my son uses this room quite a bit (to also play xbox) and NEVER turns any lights off, i have an event that turns all the lights off if no motion is detected for 15 minutes. The problem is that he/we can be pretty still when watching a movie (etc), and the lights will suddenly go off.
On my vera system, motion detector devices all installed with an arm/bypass feature that you could turn on/off with an event through a virtual device. I tried to figure out how to do that in HS with no luck, since those values aren't exposed on the motion sensor (in this case an Ecolink).
So, is there a clever way to do this where i have the choice to use the motion event, or not?
(FYI...in the old system, i just had an event that reset the motion sensor back to on every night at a designated time).
