Reset - now can't pair.

In the past 2 days I seem to have lost the connection between my devices and the bridge. No devices were responding.

I performed a factory reset and re-paired. The iPhone sees the bridge, I manually enter the pairing key, and then the phone throws an error "Couldn't add homeseer bridge"

Could this coincide with the IOS 10.2 update?
